Moldovan deputy minister of the Interior Valentin Zubic accused on August 17 an unnamed high ranked employee of the Romanian Embassy of illegally issuing visas for Moldovan citizens. Insinuating a case of bribe, Zubic said that the diplomat did not check with the Moldovan authorities the validity of the documents submitted by the petitioners.
