11 associations representing the civil society teamed up to scrutinize the CVs of the mayor cadidates in seven towns of Romania: whether they collaborated with communist era political police Securitate, whether they migrated from one party to another. The associations, which gathered under the name of "Coalition for a Clean Parliament", initiated the project ahead of the local polls.
