The European Court for Human Rights has sentenced the Moldovan Government to pay Tatiana Prodan the sum of Euro 14 000 as damages and to hand her back a flat in the house she inherited from her parents. Tatiana Prodan brought the Moldovan Government to trial in Strasbourg, after the Chisinau authorities refused to restore her the inherited house in spite of a decision to the contrary by the Moldovan Supreme Court.
