For the third week in a row 7 Christian Democratic People's Party’s deputies (PPCD)blocked on Thursday the speaker's floor continuing thus their protest against the secretive way the authorities dealt with the auditing reports regarding spending of public money in the presidential administration, legislature, executive and in other governmental agencies.
Parliament Chairwoman Eugenia Ostapciuc warned that " recalcitrant deputies" could be finally expelled from the debating hall as the Communist majority would soon amend the Parliamentary Regulations to make the expulsion legal.
PPCD chairman Iurie Rosca said the Parliament Speaker appropriated the apartment she had received for temporary use under illegal conditions and warned that any change to the Parliamentary Regulations must be approved by the Council of Europe."
