The Foundation for an Open Society (FOS) has published a report on the way the Anti-Corruption Law, adopted a year ago, has been implemented. The report ascertains a certain contempt for the law on the side of the politicians in power. FSO head Renate Weber critisized even the law which excels in using ambiguous terms and does not stipulate a clear set of sanctions in case of non-observance.
