Romanian Foreign Minister Mihai Răzvan Ungureanu said that Moldova should adopt a “pragmatic way of thinking” with respect to European integration. Speaking at the summer school of the National Liberal Party, Ungureanu added that “Moldova’s European chance was Romania”, as the sole UE state neighbouring Moldova. Referring to the Transnistria conflict, Romanian Foreign Minister declared that “Bucharest had solutions to solve the crisis, but they were not considered acceptable by Chisinau”.
