Moldovan Parliament calls Tiraspol responsible for artificual tensions

In a statement adopted on March 9, Moldova's parliament said Transdniester's unrecognized government bore responsibility for the "artificial escalation of tensions" after the introduction of new customs regulations at the Ukraine border.
