The Moldovan delegation to negotiations on Transdniester left the talks on 28 February, invoking a lack of progress. Moldovan Reintegration Minister Vasile Sova said "We are particularly concerned about the lack of progress in the provision of free passenger and cargo traffic in the safety zone of the conflict", but suggested meeting again on 7 March.
