The Transnistrian militia in Tighina arrested on Monday a cameraman of Moldova's national channel TVM. Dinu Mija who had been assiged to cover the protests of railway workers demonstrating against the secessionist authorities, was assaulted by 15 militiamen and taken to the local militia station under the pretext of violating public order. A Transnistrian court sentenced then the cameraman to a 15 day detention under charge of trespassing the territory of the secessionist republic.
