During his talks with Neatherland's foreign minister Bernard Bot, Romania's chief of diplomacy Mircea Geoana referred to the crisis of the Transnistrian schools teaching in Romanian. Geoana said that Romania saw the present negociations format as worn out and pleaded for an international dialogue. He added that the European Union should name a representative charged with the Transnistria crisis.
