Prime minister Adrian Nastase announced his government's decision to file a law suit against Ukraine at the International Court in the Hague. Bucharest wants the International Tribunal to sort out the conflict concerning the delimitation of the Black Sea continental plateau and of the exclusive economical zones of the two countries.
